WHY NAD+

NAD+ declines with age. Supplementing can help replenish it.

Measured levelPeak reference

NAD+ drops with age

NAD+ levels drop steeply with age. Direct measurements in human tissue found levels of 8.5 units at birth, 2.7 units in young adults, and just 1.1 units in people over 71 — an 87% decline over a lifetime.

Less NAD+ linked to less cellular repair

This decline matters because NAD+ fuels the enzymes that repair your DNA and protect your cells from damage — so as NAD+ falls, your cells become less able to maintain and repair themselves.

Men see steeper NAD+ decline

In a study of over 1,500 people, men over 60 had roughly 2 μmol/L lower NAD+ levels than men under 30. Women showed no significant decline with age, suggesting the NAD+ gap is more pronounced in men.

HOW NAD+ WORKS

Powers cells.

Activates repair. NAD+ is a coenzyme that cells use to turn nutrients into energy. It fuels two enzyme families — sirtuins and PARPs — that regulate DNA repair, inflammation, and aging processes.

NAD+ (Nasal Spray)

Supports cellular health

NAD+ fuels cellular energy and supports antioxidant defense. Subcutaneous delivery can replenish NAD+ levels and support healthy cellular function as those levels decline with age.

Activates repair pathways

Sirtuins and PARPs (enzyme families that depend on NAD+) help repair damaged DNA, regulate inflammation, and influence the processes linked to cellular aging.

Fuels energy production

NAD+ converts nutrients into ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate), the energy source that powers every living cell.

What is NAD+?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of the body. It plays a role in energy production, DNA repair, and cellular metabolism.

How do you take NAD+?

Inject 10 units of NAD+ (Injections) three times a week for 1 week. Increase by 10 units weekly to a maximum dose of 50 units. For NAD+ (Nasal Spray), spray once or twice into each nostril one to two times daily.

What are the side effects of NAD+?

May include nausea, headache, dizziness, injection site reactions (for injections), nasal irritation (for nasal spray), and muscle tightening or cramping.

Who shouldn’t take NAD+?

People with a history or susceptibility to cancer should use with caution. Your doctor will evaluate whether NAD+ is appropriate for you.
