HOW FOUNDAYO® WORKS
Slows digestion.
Aids weight loss. Foundayo® activates GLP-1 receptors, the same target as injectable GLP-1s, supporting appetite control, weight loss, and metabolic health.

Activates GLP-1 receptors
Foundayo® activates GLP-1 receptors in brain regions that regulate appetite and caloric intake.
Supports weight loss
In clinical trials, daily oral dosing produced up to 11.1% mean weight loss at 72 weeks in adults with a high BMI.
Helps reduce appetite
With reduced appetite, people taking Foundayo® typically consume fewer calories. Foundayo® can delay gastric emptying, extending the feeling of fullness after each meal.

What is Foundayo®?
Foundayo® (orforglipron) is a once-daily GLP-1 oral tablet that is FDA-approved for chronic weight management in adults with a high BMI and at least one weight-related comorbid condition. It is sometimes prescribed off-label by doctors within a longevity framework.
How do you take Foundayo®?
Foundayo® is a daily oral tablet, taken with or without food at any time of day. Tablets must be swallowed whole, not broken, crushed, or chewed. Always follow the dosage instructions from your doctor.
What are the side effects of Foundayo®?
The most frequently reported side effects are nausea, constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, and abdominal pain, particularly during dose escalation. Headache, fatigue, and hair loss have also been reported. These are typically mild to moderate and tend to resolve as your body adjusts. Tell your doctor if side effects persist or feel disruptive.
Who shouldn't take Foundayo®?
Foundayo® is contraindicated in people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2 due to the boxed warning for thyroid C-cell tumor risk.
