WHY GHRH AGONISTS
Growth hormone declines with age. GHRH agonists help restart the signal.
Growth hormone slows with age
Growth hormone (GH) production declines ~14% per decade after age 30. The driver is declining GHRH output, not pituitary failure. Because the pituitary remains responsive, reintroducing the GHRH signal can restart GH production.

May increase IGF-1 and support body composition
In a trial of 22 healthy men aged 53 to 68, GHRH doubled IGF-1, increased lean mass, and reduced abdominal fat. Sermorelin is a shorter peptide in the same drug class that acts on the same receptor. While both stimulate the body's own GH production, sermorelin has not been tested in identical large-scale trials.

Published study facts
May help restore GH and IGF-1 toward youthful levels
In a comparison of older and younger men, 14 days of GHRH injections brought the older men's growth hormone and IGF-1 back up to youthful levels.

HOW SERMORELIN WORKS
Stimulates natural growth hormone release.
Sermorelin prompts your pituitary gland to release growth hormone, supporting muscle growth, fat loss, sleep, and recovery.

Signals pituitary gland
Sermorelin acts on cells in the pituitary gland, mimicking signals your body naturally sends to release growth hormone.
Supports metabolism
Growth hormone circulates to the liver, where it stimulates IGF-1 production. They work together to support increased muscle mass, fat loss, sleep, recovery, and tissue repair.
Releases growth hormone
The pituitary releases your body's own growth hormone in its natural rhythm of pulses, the on-off pattern your body is designed to respond to.

What is sermorelin?
Sermorelin is a peptide similar in structure to growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It signals the pituitary gland to release growth hormone in its natural, rhythmic pulses. It’s important to note that sermorelin is an experimental longevity treatment, and your doctor will likely recommend monitoring biomarker signals for safe administration.
How do you take sermorelin?
Sermorelin is typically administered at night, before bed, to align with your body's natural growth hormone pulse during deep sleep. Inject 15 to 30 units of sermorelin into the skin each night on 5 nights of the week. Inject on an empty stomach.
What are the side effects of sermorelin?
Side effects may include injection site reactions, antibody development, joint pain, facial flushing, and nausea.
Who shouldn’t take sermorelin?
Not recommended for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people with a current or past diagnosis of cancer. Your doctor will evaluate whether sermorelin is appropriate for you.
